By using this website or participating in any offering of The Human Possibility Project, you agree to the terms below.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, booking information, and any other information you choose to provide when contacting us, subscribing to the Notes, booking a Session, or participating in a Room or Experiment.

We collect only information that is reasonably necessary for operating and improving the project, communicating with you, providing services, processing payments, and maintaining the security of the website.
2. Conversations and Personal Information
Some parts of The Human Possibility Project involve personal conversations.
A Session, Room or other interaction may involve you discussing personal experiences, decisions, beliefs, circumstances, or other information that you consider private.
You remain in control of what you choose to share.
We will not intentionally publish or publicly identify personal information or private statements you share with us without your permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights, safety, or the security of the project.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use private conversations as marketing material without your explicit permission.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information may be used to: respond to your enquiries; arrange and manage Sessions, Rooms and other activities; process payments and subscriptions; send Notes or other communications you have requested; maintain records necessary to operate the project; improve the website and offerings; prevent fraud, misuse or security issues; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without a lawful basis or your permission where permission is required.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
The Human Possibility Project does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information. Payment information may be handled directly by the relevant payment provider under its own privacy policy and terms.

11. The Nature of the Project
The Human Possibility Project is an exploration of human possibility.
Its Rooms, Sessions, Experiments, Notes and other activities are designed to encourage reflection, conversation, questioning and experimentation.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice.
The Human Possibility Project does not diagnose, treat, or provide professional healthcare or mental-health services.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
12. Sessions
A Human Possibility Session is a private 1:1 conversation.
The purpose is to help you explore something that matters to you and potentially see your situation differently.
The Human Possibility Project does not provide guaranteed answers, outcomes, decisions or results.
You remain the creator of your own decisions.
The role of the person conducting the Session is to listen, ask questions, challenge thinking where appropriate, and help create the conditions for you to discover your own possibilities.
Nothing discussed during a Session should be interpreted as professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated advice.
12 A. Human Possibility Sessions
Nature of the Session
A Human Possibility Session is a private conversation intended for reflection, questioning and exploration of matters the participant chooses to bring.
The Session is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Human Possibility Project does not promise or guarantee any particular outcome from a Session.
Participant Responsibility
The participant remains responsible for their own decisions, actions and use of anything discussed during the Session. Any observations, questions or perspectives offered during a Session are intended to support reflection and do not constitute instructions that the participant is required to follow.
The participant should not use a Session as a substitute for professional care or emergency assistance where such care or assistance is required.
Confidentiality
Information shared by a participant during a Session will be treated as private and will not knowingly be disclosed publicly by The Human Possibility Project without the participant’s permission, except where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate risk of serious harm.
Participants should also understand that no method of communication can guarantee absolute confidentiality, particularly where Sessions take place online through third-party services.
Recording and Use of Content
Neither the participant nor The Human Possibility Project may record a Session, in whole or in part, without the prior consent of the other party.
The Human Possibility Project will not publish or otherwise publicly use identifiable statements, recordings, photographs or other personal material from a Session without separate permission.
Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling
A Session is confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been accepted.
Requests to reschedule should be made as early as reasonably possible. The Human Possibility Project may offer a replacement time at its discretion.
Where a Session is cancelled by The Human Possibility Project, the participant will be offered a rescheduled Session or an appropriate refund, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of booking.
Any cancellation or refund conditions applicable to the participant’s booking will be communicated before payment is made.
Online Sessions
For Sessions conducted online, the participant is responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and a reasonably private environment.
The Human Possibility Project is not responsible for interruptions caused by the participant’s internet connection, device, software or third-party platform.
In-Person Sessions
For in-person Sessions, the participant is responsible for taking reasonable care of their own personal safety and belongings while attending the agreed location.
Personal Data
Information collected in connection with a Session, including contact details and information voluntarily shared by the participant, may be used for purposes reasonably necessary to arrange, provide, administer and communicate about the Session, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required for processing personal data, consent will be requested for the relevant purpose in accordance with applicable law. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires consent to be free, specific, informed and unambiguous and tied to the specified purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Human Possibility Project will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from a participant’s use of or reliance upon a Session.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Rooms
Human Possibility Rooms are group conversations built around a question.
Participants are expected to treat one another with respect and discretion.
You should not share, record, reproduce, publish, or distribute another participant’s personal statements or identifying information without that person’s permission.
The Human Possibility Project may establish additional rules for individual Rooms, and participation may be refused or ended if someone behaves in a way that threatens the safety, dignity, privacy or integrity of the group.
13A. Rooms & Offline Events
Applications and Acceptance
Submitting an application to attend a Human Possibility Room or other offline event does not guarantee admission. The Human Possibility Project may accept, decline or place an application on hold at its discretion, including where this is necessary to maintain the nature, size, safety or integrity of a particular gathering. An invitation or confirmation may be withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
Voluntary Participation
Attendance and participation are voluntary. By attending an offline event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for deciding what you share, what activities you participate in, and what decisions you make during or after the event. You should not participate in anything you consider inappropriate or unsafe for you.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Rooms may involve personal, sensitive or private conversation. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and must not record, photograph, quote, publish, reproduce, forward or otherwise disclose another participant’s statements, identity or personal information without that person’s permission.
The Human Possibility Project cannot guarantee that another participant will comply with these expectations and is not responsible for an unauthorised disclosure made by another participant.
Photography, Audio and Video
No participant may make audio or video recordings of a Room, or photograph another participant, without permission.
The Human Possibility Project may photograph or record an event only where this is communicated to participants and appropriate consent has been obtained. Where separate consent is requested for photography, audio, video, testimonials or other public use, participation in the event will not by itself constitute consent to that use.
Conduct and Removal
The Human Possibility Project may refuse admission to, ask a person to leave, or otherwise end a person’s participation where their conduct is abusive, threatening, disruptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose or integrity of the gathering. No refund or compensation will be due where participation is ended for these reasons, except where required by applicable law.
Responsibility and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you participate in a Room or offline event at your own responsibility and release The Human Possibility Project and its organisers from liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your participation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law requires to remain with The Human Possibility Project.
Changes or Cancellation
The Human Possibility Project may change the date, time, location, format or other arrangements for an event, or cancel an event where reasonably necessary. Where an event is cancelled, any remedy or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated for that event.
14. Experiments
Experiments are voluntary explorations intended to test ideas in real life.
You are responsible for deciding whether an Experiment is appropriate and safe for you.
The Human Possibility Project does not guarantee any particular result from an Experiment.
You should seek appropriate professional advice where an Experiment involves matters requiring specialist knowledge or where there may be a meaningful risk to your health, safety, finances, or wellbeing.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the written material, design, branding, photographs, graphics, text, logos, original concepts, and other content published by The Human Possibility Project belong to The Human Possibility Project or its respective rights holders.
You may read and share links to publicly available material for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the project’s material without prior written permission.
Your participation in a Room or Session does not transfer ownership of The Human Possibility Project’s intellectual property to you.
16. Your Contributions
If you voluntarily submit an idea, response, writing, feedback, photograph, testimonial, or other material to The Human Possibility Project, you retain ownership of your original material unless otherwise agreed.
By submitting material, you grant The Human Possibility Project permission to use it only to the extent reasonably necessary for the purpose for which you provided it, unless you and The Human Possibility Project agree otherwise.
We will not publicly identify private contributions or personal conversations without appropriate permission.
17. No Guarantee
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
We also do not guarantee that participation in a Session, Room, Experiment, Notes subscription, or any other offering will produce a particular personal, professional, financial, emotional, or other outcome.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Human Possibility Project and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the website or participation in an offering.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. Changes to This Page
The Human Possibility Project may update this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from time to time.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the website are subject to the laws applicable to The Human Possibility Project and the jurisdiction in which it is legally established, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
